On my trip to stanmore bay was amazing my mum,dad,sister and grandparents came we did heaps of things like go kayaking,playing board games and lots of other cool stuff.
On a dark night the stars were twinkling. A beautiful girl called Olive was swimming in the shiny ocean when she saw a shimmering dolphin. The dolphin asked “Would you like a ride on my back?” “Ok” screeched excited Olive. Olive could breathe under water. Olive was wearing a honey coloured bikini. “Where would you like to go” whispered dolphin. “Anywhere” said Olive. “Ahh” they screamed. “A shark ahh!” they screeched. “Let’s get out of here” whispered dolphin. “Ok” whispered Olive back to dolphin. They swam as fast as a jet. “Phew” sighed dolphin. “At least we got away” whispered Olive. “Yeah James is here” screeched Olive. “Who’s James?” asked dolphin. “He’s my brother” screamed Olive. “Yeah he killed the shark” said amazed Olive. “Come on lets go home” said James “Ok but what about the dolphin?” cried Olive. “He’s got his own family” said James. “Oh” muttered Olive. “Bye” said Olive and James. “Bye” said Dolphin. “I’ll miss you” whispered Olive. They all lived happily ever after. The End.
13.4.11 Term 1 Reflection
WOW! I had such an a amazing term. My favourite thing is to do maths I've inproved alot. We did art ,landscape learning,reading,botainic gardens which I told you already.
I like P.E because I learn new things in it. I did netball today it was fun I learnt chest pass, shoulder pass and over head pass it was really cool.
23.3.11 On Monday we went on a trip to the Botanic Gardens and my dad came to.
First we went on the bus it was hot,crowded and noisy because of 5e and 5d.When we got there we had morning tea I had chips.After that we went on a search for trees native trees Bernon and Mu-aath were in my group.Then we had lunch and then we went to the childrens garden I went through the tunnel.
Then we went to have lunch and now it was time to go home.
I hope that I can come again.
23.2.11.Hello my name is Jordyn and I'm going to tell you about the,Earthquake in Christchurch .On the 22nd of Feb at lunchtime .
There was a lady with blood all over her face. It looks freaky HA.
Wow! On the 22nd of February an enormous earthquake struck Christchurch at 10 to 1.
Firstly the ground began to shake like a giant was crushing it. The people were scared like mad. Then they ran for their life.
Next everything was crumbled up and the earthquake stopped. Everyone froze and someone just started to scream and run around.
There was a baby who was born in 2010 the week after the earthquake and died in the 2011 earthquake. When the ground shook the T.V fell on top of her.
I feel so sorry for the Christchurch people.
